This exceptional Pinot Noir is the result of meticulous biodynamic farming practices from the winemakers of Old World Winery--a small, family owned and operated winery in the Russian River Valley.  It was founded on the principle that "exceptional wines are made better when created with a commitment to environmental and social responsibility". 

Capturing the unique qualities of its coastal terroir and crafted from over 20-year-old vines, the grapes are handpicked and foot stomped, whole clustered to preserve their pristine character. Resting neutral oak barrels, and remaining on its lees for two years, the wine matures and evolves. This extended aging process imparts depth and complexity.

What truly sets this wine apart is its over 8 years of bottle aging, resulting in a wine that's now over 15 years old. This prolonged maturation allows it to reach its full potential, revealing layers of flavor.

 Wild cherry, earthy complexity, lush with red licorice notes provides balance to an almost velvety mouthfeel. It's definitely Pinot Noir season!
