Refund policy
We're only able to accept the return of goods that are flawed or defective, and will offer a replacement of the same item or issue a store credit for the price of the bottle(s). This must be done within 30 days of receipt.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you believe the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, email us at hello@rosecreekwine.com with photos and a description of the issue so we can work with you to find a resolution.
Rose Creek Wine LLC is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the buyer so please review your order confirmation emails carefully to verify you ordered the correct items and gave us the correct shipping details.
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 72 hours of placing the order, and prior to the shipment/delivery of the order. All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
