This vivacious Pet Nat is all Pinot Noir grapes from a vineyard aptly name “Obscure” in the Languedoc region of Souther France. Grapes are handpicked and pressed immediately, creating a balanced wine full of fresh fruit, acidity, and weight with just a little residual sugar.

This vineyard celebrates nature with its biodynamic farming practices. Their wine is unfined and unfiltered, so you are getting the purest grapes with nothing added and nothing removed. Even the label “celebrates nocturnal animals that hang around the vineyard”. Nature at its finest.
