Recognized as South Africa's first black female winemaker, Ntsiki Biyela grew up in KwaZulu-Natal. Aslina, named for her grandmother, was started in 2016 after her 13-year run as a winemaker. This complex Sauvignon Blanc offers bright tropical fruit, lime and grapefruit citrus characters and layers if minerality and lemon zest. Extended time on the lees gives this wine a unique, lingering, silky finish, and thirst-quenching acidity.
