There's a chewy, sweet candy-like quality that makes each sip complex and fun.

This wine is a testament to the art of winemaking, handpicked off each vine during the mid-September harvest of 2021. The grapes were then quickly de-stemmed and pressed as whole clusters before fermenting in stainless tanks.
