50 year old vines, all varietals were de-stemmed and macerated on the skins between 10 days and two weeks. Produced with organic farming and hands-off winemaking using spontaneous fermentation with no additives or filtration. This wine is unfined and unfiltered.
*The Ribolla Gialla was picked from Mio Vigneto vineyard in Lodi California which is a section of volcanic soil which gives this particular grape a very distinct character.
